All items purchased from Luxe Aura Jewels are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, which can include an order confirmation email or receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.

In the event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the financial institution's processing times.

It is important to note that personalized items, such as custom name pendants or letter necklaces, are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. This policy is in place to ensure that each personalized piece is crafted specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order fulfillment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
